You name will be listed as a Sustaining Partner for as long as you sponsor your pet; you will also receive a special graphic made for Angels by Walter Williams.
BELOW IS A LISTING OF OUR CURRENT ANGELS:
“I simply fell in love with Ella, and being deployed for the next year, I don’t have the luxury of cuddling with Bosties (in addition to missing my own Bostie, Lucy). Seeing Ella’s progress convinces me that she’s in good hands :-)”
From the description, Ella is a bundle of issues. Bless you for taking her on and giving her the love sh – e deserves.
I just lost my precious Newman; he suffered from Cushings but had a pituitary tumor. Prayers for Ella.
“My family and I would love to foster Pangya. I look at this gorgeous young boy and I melt. I am so saddened by his condition. Please let me know what else we can do. I know he has a wish list, and we would love to send him surprises for all the little holidays!!!!”
MARIA PASTUSZAK :
“Our family is fostering Dobby and we are so fortunate, I want to pay it forward and share with another foster in need. Our family decided we were in love with Pangya. We wish to be an monthly angel donating $25 a month every month! God bless you for all you do, you share the most precious gift of all LOVE! <3 Maria Pastuszak, Dobby & Family <3”
PEGGY AND MILES ELLISON :
We are happy to be able to become virtual foster parents to Pangya. Three years ago we lost our love, Hope, a beautiful Doberman. A month later we adopted our first Boston, Tess. She is a puppy mill survivor, adopted from NEBTR, through a foster mom in Connecticut. We are so lucky to have her—she is the love in our lives. We are happy to give back a little to NEBTR and appreciate what you do for these wonderful dogs. Thank you.
I am a volunteer at Nebtr. I am not able to foster at this time but at least this allows me to help. I have a 12 yr old BT so I have a soft spot for the senior dogs. Thanks for all you do.
Would love to be a forever home but not possible. Have a very lovable Boston granddog named Ziggy. He doesn’t know how lucky he is. I thank God for wonderful people like you. Hope I can help!!!!
I lost my precious Monty in July 2015. He was 13 years old, diabetic, blind, losing his hearing and had become incontinent. He was my first dog and I adored him. Pangya very strongly resembles my handsome Monty in his younger days. Thank you for what you do – caring for seriously ill dogs is a hard job and I’m happy to help in memory of my sweet boy.
I am blessed to have two healthy young Bostons in my life and would love to have100 more. Reading Gizmo’s story touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for loving and caring for him. I hope my small contribution will help your family with his growing medical bills. He looks like an angel.
ESTHER NEUMEIER – He was my secret santa pup for the last two years and I spoiled him during the last two years with food and needed things.
JEANNE DROSS :
Thank you for taking Buster into your home, I know he’s in a good place with lots of love. P.S. I’m the person who did your home check.
It takes a selfless person to foster and sick baby thank you for all you do.

IN MEMORY OF FENA
SHARON CULP :
“Fena touched my heart when I saw her photo some time ago.
We lost our first Boston ,Jackie 2 years ago.The pain was awful. The only way to start the healing was to love another Boston. Jackie will always be in our hearts and we love Maggie dearly. Bostons cuddle up to your heart abd stay there. I am happy to help to love and support dear Fena God bless you for taking her into your heart and home.”
IN MEMORY OF DOBBY
JODI GUNDERSEN :
“Words can not express how Dobby and you have touched my heart. Being a Boston owner myself and being lucky that he is healthy and happy makes what you do even more heart warming.”
CAPRICE MELLON :
Dobby has definitely captured my heart but you are his angel.
IN MEMORY OF SKITTLES
Thank you for your kind email. If it wasn’t for Julie Klam’s book “You had me at Woof” I wouldn’t have known about the NEBTR. I have an 8 year old Boston named Peggy Woo who is the light of my life. I am so thankful that I read Julie’s inspiring book and grateful to have found an amazing organization like yours where I can virtually help other Bostons.
My 16 year old daughter, Parker, and I are so happy to sponsor Skittles. My daughter has an auto-immune disease as well as years of tests to figure out what was wrong with her. We read about Skittles and her issues and just felt called to help her out.
TRACY JARBECK – Since Manny can not have a friend yet, (he needs neutered) we would like to be a virtual foster mom.
ESTHER NEUMEIER – Hugs and kisses to Maxy Moo. Xoxo Roxy & Esther
JOYCE HAYES – I adopted Cricket through NEBTR. When she crossed the Rainbow Bridge July 30, 2014, she took a huge part of my heart with her. I think about her each and every day. Cricket would want me to help another Boston in her memory. Thank you for caring for Maxy Moo, he has had a rough life, Jerrilyn you are making his golden years – wonderful years. You truly are Maxy Moo’s angel.
